CorpBuddy – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CorpBuddy Pvt. Ltd. (“CorpBuddy”, “we”, “our”, “us”), all services provided are digital in nature. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when service deliverables, documents, and outputs are shared with clients.

1. Nature of Deliverables

CorpBuddy provides digital services and digital deliverables, including:

  • Registration certificates (Company, Trademark, GST, MSME, etc.)
  • Legal drafts and documents
  • Compliance filings and reports
  • Digital Signature Certificates (DSC files/tokens)
  • Acknowledgements, receipts, and application numbers

No physical products are shipped unless explicitly mentioned for DSC USB tokens or similar items.

2. Mode of Delivery

All digital deliverables will be sent to clients via:

  • Registered Email ID
  • WhatsApp (if communication permissions are provided)
  • Client portal (if applicable in future)

CorpBuddy is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect email IDs or unreachable contact details provided by the client.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Completion of client KYC and submission of correct documents
  • Government portal processing
  • Assigned professional’s workflow
  • OTP/verification steps required from the client

Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of service booking. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to government system delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Physical Deliveries (If Applicabl

For services requiring physical items (e.g., DSC USB Token), delivery will be made through:

  • Standard courier partners
  • Delivery timelines: 5–10 working days depending on location
  • Tracking details will be shared once dispatched

Shipping charges may apply and will be communicated beforehand.

5. Delays & Government Dependencies

CorpBuddy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government portal downtime (MCA, GST, IP India, etc.)
  • Rejections, queries, or resubmissions by authorities
  • Client delays in document submission or verification
  • Uncontrollable events (internet issues, server outages, public holidays)

Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

6. Responsibility After Delivery

Once digital documents or certificates are emailed/WhatsApp’d to the client:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to download, store, and safeguard the files
  • CorpBuddy holds no liability for loss, deletion, or misplacement after delivery
  • Copies may be requested later subject to availability
